Welcome to Superstride. By purchasing and accessing our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. Do not continue to use superstride or purchase any of superstrides products if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Eligibility
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
Entrants must reside in Australia (unless otherwise specified).
By purchasing a newsletter and entering the free raffle, you confirm you meet eligibility requirements.
2. Purchase of Newsletter & Raffle Entry
Each weekly electronic newsletter is a digital product, delivered via email after purchase.
Each purchase of the newsletter automatically provides one (1) free entry into the corresponding weekly shoe raffle.
No standalone raffle tickets are sold. Raffle entry is only available for free via newsletter purchase.
3. Raffle Details
Raffles are drawn weekly. The draw date and prize will be announced on our website, and the winner will be notified by email.
Winners will be selected at random and contacted via the email address provided during purchase.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
4. Delivery of Newsletter & Prizes
Newsletters are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Raffle prizes will be shipped free of charge to winners within Australia. Delivery timelines may vary depending on stock and supplier availability.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are offered on newsletter purchases.
As the newsletter is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided under any circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
Superstride is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in newsletter delivery or raffle draws.
We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred from the use of raffle prizes.
Entrants accept all risk and responsibility associated with participation.
7. Privacy
Personal data (name, email, address) is collected solely for the purpose of delivering newsletters, administering raffles, and contacting winners.

8. Changes to Terms
Superstride reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website with the revised date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
